We Are Handsome’s Spring/Summer 2011 collection is sizzling hot. This Sydney based design duo perfected every single fabulous suit, which can also double as a sexy leotard. Pair them with worn-in shorts and sexy sandals or a leather mini and platforms. What’s my favorite you ask? We Are Handsome’s black short sleeve suit with the fierce black kitty. I also really love their tank suit in the muted creamy colors featuring a ferocious lion. We Are Handsome’s Indhra Chagoury and Jeremy Somers has charmed the pants off of us, literally, and put us in a saucy selection of fun graphic swimwear this summer.

Stylestalker is an online shop consisting of trendy threads that will surely satisfy your fashion cravings. Their latest trend, Wipeout has a few pieces that I am going gaga for. Their Jaws Dress featured above in black and white fishbone tie dye is amazing. Another favorite is Stylestalker’s Snapper Dress. This dress is totally sexy and perfect for a club night out. See By Chloé’s ready-to-wear Winter collection for 2010/2011 is pure perfection. The collection is filled with yummy velvets, cozy wool blends, cashmere, and quilted pieces in the best of colors for Winter. See By Chloé has chosen the most amazing fabrics for this season’s collection, and with pieces like their velvet overalls and fantastic wool poncho, you can’t resist but want them all. Their sequins shorts and patchwork skirt are amongst my favorites. Well what can I say, the entire collection is my favorite. I will be anticipating Winter and waiting with baited breath to get my hands on these pieces.

Bambi for NO Magazine

I absolutely can’t get enough of model Bambi Northwood-Blyth. She is a total babe and has an incredibly amazing look. She recently did a shoot for NO Magazine shot by Mark Hunter, The Cobra Snake and I have to say it is really awesome. Her super full brows, edgy features and nonchalant style are exactly what my thirsty eyes have been craving for. Bambi’s looks were provided by stylist Zara Mirkin. VPL’s bra in beige and white, Miu Miu’s navy clogs, and Margiela’s white platforms are pieces I’d like to have in my very own wardrobe. Her accessories are also totally amazing.

Giuseppe Zanotti has fallen in line with other major designers such as Lanvin and Jimmy Choo, by launching his latest collection of trainers. I myself do not own a pair of sneakers but however am seriously considering purchasing a pair of Giuseppe’s spiked out lovelys. The black with zippers along the sides featuring what looks like shiny spikes, are my absolute favorite. These are stated to be women's trainers but I beg to differ. I consider these fabulous sporty kicks to be unisex. The super stylish sneakers range in from four funky styles and are sold exclusively in selected concept and department stores this month.

Topshop AW10 Lookbook

I’m all about this collection from Topshop’s Autumn/Winter 2010 Lookbook. Everything from the spikes, to the sheer embroidered dress, to the cropped motorcycle jacket, even their foxy winter hats and wooly knitted knee length socks. This winter I will be covered in Topshop from head to toe. I’ve always been a fan and more so with these fantastic pieces. Do wear with a Le City Kitty attitude, that’s a must. My major “got-to-have” piece is their leather spiked hat featured as my main picture. I can totally see my boyfriend wearing this as well.

New York I’d like to prepare you for Jett Santana Moreno who is son of my best friend Shantelle Lloyd and boyfriend Pierre Moreno. Jett is also my god child. He is amazingly beautiful and out to destroy fashion one label at a time. Jett is a super fashionable toddler that is about to take New York by storm. His recent ad for H&M is featured on their website, and Facebook fan page. Le City Kitty readers remember this face. Jett will be BIG, he’s not your average childhood star. Keep them coming Jett, I’m so proud of you.

Gorgeous blonde babe, Bregje Heinen featured in the July/August issue of Jackie Magazine. Hair whipping her way into Summer with the perfect glam girl essentials. Looking tough in a military clad black swimsuit. Gold ruffles for Bregje’s golden locks, and a teal tank that makes her baby blues really pop. My favorites are Bregje in the floral harem pants and the micro-striped sailor suit. The black clutch that Bregje is holding up to her face is perfectly paired with Wang’s Freja boots, a terrific match.

I am totally girl crushing on Fa’ Empel with her gorgeous tattoos, I myself am a total tattoo fanatic and this girl is just bad-ass. As Aje has a terrific collection, Fa’ takes it to another level of amazingness. Her peek-a-boo tattoos toughen up Aje’s pink ruffles, soft textures and delicate colors. Fa’ in Aje’s leather vest, in both black and white, are perfectly Tough Girl Chic. And for God’s sake, Fa’ in Aje’s open back muted gold dress, to die! I am feeling Aje’s leather skirt with spike’s, meow.

MINKPINK’s Spring 2010 collection is finally here. Covered in florals, polka dots, and lace, oh my. MINKPINK has now become part of my favorites of brands with their oversized neutral colored tanks, and with a bit of whims for fun. The blush colors mixed with strips and textures like denim and funky wooden jewelry set the tone for some fun, girl-next-door style. Loving MINKPINK’s choice of models, Bambi and Jenna who make the perfect duo for this “cool bff” theme. Bambi’s foxtail and army green leggings, totally my style.

Photographed in a room full of shoes and pretty threads galore and not to mention my newfound favorite model Bambi Northwood-Blyth adding a little freshness that MINKPINK needs. Photographed getting her boots tied, Bambi sports a pair of tights that are calling my name. Her boots are foxy too. The jewelry of Bevel tells a story and when quoting the late philosopher, Joseph Campbell, Bevel breaks down their mission. “Joseph Campbell wrote that there are only two myths - the hero's quest, and the hero's journey home. He thought the quest was about how each of us makes his/her way in the world, and the journey home was how we reconcile that with our personal values, the person we want to be at home. What we want to accomplish vs. who we want to be. So that's another bevel - where those two meet.” They go on explaining their vision in creating hand-crafted pieces from sterling silver. Each piece is phenomenally crafted with an amazing eye and with style options available in Modern, Classic, Sacrificed, and Skeletal. Go ahead gag, it is well deserved.

Rag & Bone’s David Neville and Marcus Wainwright aren’t concerned with the idea that resort needs to be all about clothes for going away on vacation. "This isn't about dressing for St. Bart's," Neville said. "It's more of a cool, urban look.” The boys, winners of Menswear Designer of the Year at CFDA Fashion Awards, said. “This is all about buy now, wear now.” The duo emphasized its signature brand of wearable separates and sleek layering. Coolness can't be bought, of course. But Neville and Wainwright certainly make it easier to look the part. This collection is much further up my alley than most.

When 'Pop the Glock' was released back in 2006 Uffie looked set to be the next big thing. Back then a cute white girl talking shit about guns was a novelty. Uffie was going to conquer to the planet. And then... well, nothing. Turns out Uffie broke up with Feadz (her producer/boyfriend), married some French dude, made a baby, divorced French dude and had to ‘find herself’. Well Uffie my ears are here and ready. I’m listening to Uffie’s track ‘Ricky’ and shits dope. Her album ‘Sex Dreams and Denim Jeans’ released June 15th. Enjoy ‘ADD SUV’ featuring Pharrell below.

ProudRace 93 Til' Infinity

ProudRace, a relatively young men and women’s label hailing from the Philippines. ProudRace has reinforced the unfading ‘90s era into its collection. Dubbed “93 Til’ infinity,” the team traverses into the lighter side with cotton jackets and shorts, leotards and jumpsuits in neon, draped cardigans, and a batwing dress. The pieces surely evoke the trademark style of ProudRace, minimal and gender-neutral, yet still managing to keep things new and interesting. The lookbook was shot by Manila-based photography and production studio, EverywhereWeShoot. The images for ProudRace are pretty awesome.

Well hello chic. With inspiration from the French film, L’Amant, Erin Fetherston’s Resort collection is both romantic and modern french. “I wanted to capture an effortless, chic sensibility in an offering with lots of mix and matchability," Fetherston said. Fetherston flaunting denim for us which is a first for her. This “self-contained wardrobe”, dubbed by Fetherston, dazzles with a sweet peplum jean jacket and skinny high-waisted trousers. The collection is relaxed and flirty with sweetheart-necklines, blush silks, and fancy silhouettes. Her one shouldered pale metallic minidress is picture-perfect-chic.

Australian label Miss Unkon derives its little name from the German word ‘unkonventionell’, which translates into ‘unconventional’ in English. I personally wouldn’t call their current collection unconventional but I’d surely say that it oozes saccharine girly goodness with a bit of mischief. The latest Spring Summer 2010-11 lookbook, Love is Like a Dreamland, has a whimsical boho feel with hints of trailer-park trash. It is darling, sexy, and super dreamy.

Coming up on her third collection for Opening Ceremony, Chloë Sevigny describes her Resort 2011 as “early Benetton”. She says the collection of different silhouettes are composed of mix-matchable prints she considers her go-to’s since she was able to shop. "Girls buy the same silhouette over and over," says Chloë. Her solution? Give 'em only five, and a reason to buy a couple of each. "I was just thinking about my closet and how I buy the same thing over and over again. I will buy one dress and want to have it made with different fabrics, so I thought why not try different silhouettes with different patterns, so people can choose a silhouette and have it in a variety of prints," Sevigny explained. “These are prints that I always come back to.”

Here is a sneak peak of Shakuhachi's Spring/Summer 2010 collection, we shall wait with baited breath for the release of their entire collection in another couple of months. The collection so far is for sure on my radar. Each piece totally wearable, totally New York fashionista. The floral sheer romper is tearing me up, also needing that pink/peach bandage off the shoulder dress. Well I’ve got to say I am most definitely desperate for more. Also Bambi kicks ass in this collection!

Fox in a tule skirt and in what seems to be a fox draped around her neck, a play on her name, rev up Wildfox’s scene for sure. Long leather fingerless gloves and peek-a-boo bra complete this saucy style for Fall.

Bambi Northwood-Blyth for Australian label Aje’s Autumn/Winter collection. The look book is a monochromatic mix of Balmain and The Row, lovingly crafted in sequin, leather and jersey. Aje has dazzled my eyes with their matte ivory, sequin Cindi double embellished shoulder top accompanied by their matte black, sequin cut-out mini skirt. I totally desire each and every piece and with a face like Bambi’s it sure doesn’t make it hard to go gaga for her either. I have certainly found a new favorite of mine in the model world. As for Aje, I am making my list and checking it twice for my favorite’s in their collection.

John Walder Photoshoot

CWHATEYEC Photographer and friend John Walder and I finally linked up for a photoshoot. I was totally eager to pose for the camera. I, quite bashful at first, being used to my MacBook Pro’s Photo Booth application, eased up for the perfect shot. Seems to me like he got the lot of them. I am super satisfied with the entire look and feel of the images. Having been last minute I grabbed what I had lying around, including that of my boyfriend’s Matthew Williamson for H&M leather jacket. Thank you John the images are fantastic!
